You will be working directly with and in close collaboration with 30minMBA CEO, Therése Gedda, a recognized thought leader and visionary behind award-winning products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and build innovative online marketing initiatives and campaigns. All with the goal of being the champion of High Achieving individuals and high performing fast-growing companies.
This is a unique role where you will be working with three of our brands – 30minMBA, Be Brilliant Academy, and Therése Gedda – and lead three work-streams. It’s a role with a lot of autonomy and creative freedom where your work matter with the goal of developing amazing things. You will specifically:
1. Think, analyze and amaze
Align different brand initiatives and online presence.
Develop an editorial calendar and several online marketing initiatives.
Monitor, test, and analyze KPIs and give specific recommendations on branding and social media strategies.
2. Produce, edit and create
Use creative writing and copywriting for creating posts, articles, reports, ads, campaigns, decks, and more.
Produce and re-purpose content as well as edit videos and pictures.
Produce and publish high-value newsletters.
Use your storytelling ability to connect with our audience in different formats.
Produce client-driven research and client-specific content.
3. Execute, deliver and shine
Launch, grow, and manage channels to achieve milestones.
Drive online marketing initiatives, including campaigns, setting up sales funnels, ads, landing pages, and more.
Build and maintain online communities and drive engagement on all social media channels.
Develop best practices and social media guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.

You enjoy to write, edit, and manage different types of pieces and campaigns, varying lengths and subjects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 year experience professional writing and editing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in video production.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social/digital marketing.
An understanding from the startup world is key. If you have been part of a startup in the past or have experience from a family business, that’s a bonus.
Specific programs that you master: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
